Dishwasher not draining. Jim for appliance repair came out and thoroughly diagnosed and resolved the problem while also carefully explaining everything he was doing and gave tips. He was an excellent repairman. Highly recommend Flicks and their staff.

First time working with Flick's instead of the big box stores. What a great experience. Bryan was very easy to work with and communicated with me on the level that I needed. I knew what appliance I wanted but he asked the right questions to confirm all the details about color, features, etc. Bryan helped walked me through a couple of steps to put down the down payment to get the order started and sent me a guide to measure our space for the date of install. The product wasn't available locally but he was able to source this quickly and had scheduled the install a few days later. The installer came and was very polite. I had made a mistake about whether our appliance was hardwired but the installer was able to pivot and installed an outlet for me. What a relief having a really expert installation process. We're very happy for the experience and will be working with Flick's again in the future when we need appliances and we'll be joining the chorus of people who always have good things to say about them. Thank you, Bryan, and installer (sorry, I forgot your name but you were awesome!) and Flick's!

I can't recommend Flick's enough. We've bought a few things from them over the years, but when it came time to have the compressor on our GE fridge replaced, they went above and beyond, even getting us a loaner fridge until the parts arrived. If I could give six stars, I would. We will certainly be buying everything from them as we renovate our kitchen.

Very good Appliance Store. I will continue to buy all of my appliances from them, as they service their appliances as well when you get a warranty. No dealing with Big box store crap. They also gave decent prices.

Wonderful experience beginning to end. When we entered the store, we were meant by Bryan, Who was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The two young men who delivered the appliances were very professional and respectful, and they took their time making sure they did not scratch or dent our doors or the appliances. They were very informative and demonstrated proper use of our new appliance. After having dealt with another independently, owned appliance store, who’s customer service is for less than one would expect, this was a refreshing change. I recommend them if you are in need of appliances.

From sales to delivery to service Flick's is top notch and hands down the only place I'll shop for appliances. Their prices are comparable to what the big box stores offer but Flick's services and extended warranties of everything they sell make them second to none. If you're looking for quality, selection, value, delivery, and service all wrapped up in one store look no further than the friendly staff at Flick's.

I've purchased several appliances over the years from Flick's and they always do a good job, appliances and staff. My last purchase was a dishwasher and the installer corrected a drainage issue and this is the first dishwasher we've ever had that actually cleans like it's supposed to. Thank you for your knowledgeable staff. :)

We purchased a new stove and overhead microwave, and the entire experience was excellent. The sales team was very responsive and helpful in guiding us to the right appliances for our needs. The installation went smoothly without any issues, and the pricing was fair. Overall, a great experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them.
